New Trend In The Market | Buyers Moving From Single Family Homes To Condos

March 3rd, 2015 Written By

From a real estate perspective, condos are a completely different animal than single family homes.    For the first time in my career I am seeing more and more single family homeowners decide to make the move to condo living.  I believe that this is the result of a few factors.  First, the new buildings going up on Brickell offer incredible amenities which you cannot possibly have in a single family home.  Right at your fingertips you can have a rooftop pool with spectacular views of Biscayne Bay, business center with flexible office space, golf simulator, 2 story children’s game room, soccer field, children’s water park, rooftop lounge, butler service, wine locker/wine cellar for residents, private screening room and so much more.  Whether you are single or have a family, these features are hard to pass up.  The second reason I believe we are seeing more people sell their single family home and move into a condo on Brickell is because of the location.  Brickell is becoming the heart of Miami where culture, food and style come together.  If you are looking for a true urban lfiestyle, then Brickell is where you will want to be.  With Brickell City Centre coming in the next few years, we are only going to see the area grow.
