There have been 16 condos to hit the market in just the past few weeks at The Icon.  This is great news because after a very busy 2013, they needed a fresh supply of inventory.   Last year there were 110 condos sold at The Icon.  The average unit closed for $637,000/$526.00 per square foot.  The 2 bedroom units (60 sold) were the most popular, second were the 1 bedroom units (37 sold) and last were the third bedroom units (9 sold).
