Three spectacular units hit the market at The Santa Maria this week.  The first is Unit 4501 which offers 5 bedrooms, 6.5 baths with 6,300 square feet of living space.  It is listed for $7,500,000 ($1,190/sq. ft.) by EWM Realty.  The second is Unit 3102 which is a two story townhouse residence offering 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 5,730 square feet of living space.  It is listed for $6,000,000 ($1,047/sq. ft.) by Century 21.  Last, and much more affordable is Unit 1205 which offers 2 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms with 2,580 square feet of living space.  It is listed for $1,950,000 ($684/sq. ft.) by Fortune.

The market at the Santa Maria has been very active this year.  There have been a total of 12 units sold at an average sale price/sq. ft. of $648.00.  The highest sale in 2013 at The Santa Maria was Unit 2901 which traded for $4,650,000 or $811/sq. ft.  Unit 2001 is currently under contract, the list price is $2,199,000.
