Residence 45B at the Millenium Tower has just closed for $1,450,000 or $623/square foot. This condo sold after being on the market at this price for 340 days. Patience was a virtue for this seller as they were able to sell for approximately 92% of their asking price. The Millenium Tower/Four Seasons Miami Residences are located at 1425 Brickell Avenue.

Details about this unit:

  • Two bedrooms
  • Two full bathrooms & guest powder room
  • 2,317 square feet of living area
  • Southeast corner views of bay and Coconut Grove hammock
  • Marble floors in the living area
  • Carpet in the bedrooms
  • One parking assignd parking space
  • Top of the line appliances in the kitchen
  • Five Star Amenities associated with the Miami Four Seasons Hotel
  • Access to the Sports Club LA/Miami
  • Walking distance to all that the Brickell Neighborhood has to offer

All in all this was a good sale of nice unit that has not been upgraded since it was delivered in 2005. I’m sure the new owners will be making some changes.
